Operational management of Rider Hiring Centres responsible for Deliveroo's London and UK Regional Rider Supply.

Management of an office of multiple teams with 40+ staff

Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of Rider Supply Staff

Drive hiring associates on KPIs and sales targets

Operational performance management of the site

Management and implementation of rapidly developing recruitment strategies.



Candidate Requirements:

* Love good food!
* You have experience in the field of operations or recruitment
* Management experience of a team
* Management of sales team a plus
* You have excellent communication skills
* You always manage to find a solution to every problem
* You have a very strong, "can do" attitude
* Experience in the start-up world is a plus
* Willingness to travel Occasionally

- Operations Manager at a start-up.

- HR Manager with some non-HR experience (ideally management of non-HR team).

- Recruitment manager at a start-up

- Sales team manager

- Ex-military (with leadership / management experience either in the military or out)

- Ex-banking, with team leader/ management responsibilities.

- Manager of a live ops project, e.g. live scheduling of fleet management



^^ All the above with at least 3 years military/work experience, and 1 year's leadership/management experience.
