Full HACCP knowledge and awareness is essential in this role.

Duties will include:

* Assisting with the planning and implementation of regularly changing menus
* Providing a quality food offer that reflects the Adnams values and Brand
* Working with the Head Chef to drive business success
* Assisting in the effective management, motivation, training and development of all staff

Immediate start for the right candidate.
Salary: 22000 per annum
