Job description:
Our client is looking for a Head Chef based in the beautiful town of Southwold.

This exciting full time permanent position is to head up the kitchen / Restaurant. As Head Chef at this flagship site you will take sole charge of the this fresh food busy operation. You will take sole charge of driving this business forward along with team development, stock control , hygiene due diligence and team training. The chosen head chef must come from a busy fresh food background as well as having strong management skills and large volume experience along with a real drive to succeed and grow. Accommodation is provided.

The Person:
*Ability to demonstrate kitchen skills to the highest level

* 48 hours per week
* £30,000 / £35000 per annum plus monthly gratuities
